What Living Proof Is All About

At Living Proof, we only use certified gluten-free, unprocessed, whole food, organic ingredients. Everything is made in small batches with freshly ground flours and is wild fermented for multiple days to increase nutrition and digestibility. The result is bread everyone can eat (plus, it's legit delicious, if we do say so ourselves). Seasonality and local produce from regenerative farms and artisans always governs what inspires our weekly offerings, and family cravings govern what recipes are in development. Zero waste is a passion of ours and every decision is made to decrease our impact on the environment. We bake bread with big smiles — the way sourdough should be!
